I’m an incoming USA JET leaving in August who’s never had a credit card. I’m trying to figure out what would be a good one to use while in Japan. I doubt I’d have any easy time getting a Japanese credit card so I’m trying to find good home options.
Edit: what about debit cards? Are they common or uncommon in Japan? When you get your Japanese bank account does a debit card come with it?
