There seems to be a lot for the 26th, remember that jet lag may happen so don’t be disappointed if you guys can’t do all of that on your list.
for day 2 make sure to book your teamlabs planet tickets a head of time. they are sometimes sold out for weeks in advance.
As for Day 4
I love Disneyland! much better then the one in California and is great if you guys are fans and wanted to snag some limited edition merch. The Ghibli museum is mostly a photo area and shinjuku is nice but unless you have something you want to do there it’s ok.
As for extra things to recommend I personally love their animal cafes! I did post some stuff on YT (linked in my acct) but it’s mostly about the otter cafes and sanrio ones. so if it’s not your guys things no worry!
A lot of shops at Tsukiji market is closed on Wednesday.
Otherwise I think your day 1 is a bit packed but should be fine
I would just say either make sure you make reservations for food since you’re in such a large group or be prepared to potentially have to split into smaller groups to get into places.
