酢豚 subuta (vinegar pork) and other Japanese Chinese food

Ate at a small Japanese-Chinese (chuka) restaurant in Hokkaido. The first pic is called subata which literally means vinegar pork but it’s sweet and sour pork. The next pic is chukadon which is just a stir fry of veg and meat. Other items on the small menu include ramen and chahan (fried rice).
