So today I received a letter saying I miss my Gas payment, but I for sure payed it as usual. I’m going to give them a call tomorrow and ask them about.
Normally I wouldn’t worry but this time around I just so happen to accidentally wash my receipt -.-
If they for some reason didn’t just make an error, am I out of luck because I don’t have the receipt?
Has anyone else had this issue before?

If you paid by convenience store there’s a chance they haven’t received the payment confirmation yet and just sent the late payment notice. If you’re 100% certain you paid then just ignore it.
I had this happen many times at one place i worked with and it seemed everytime time i threw out the receipt. They would say no proof then i would have to pay again
