What the U.S. could learn from Japan about making healthy living easier

  1. More physical exercise, wider use and easier access of healthy ingredients, and better nutritional habits ingrained early on and throughout childhood are obviously a recipe success.

    Mirroring this approach should certainly be a goal for Americans, though implementing this into our infrastructure is certainly a challenge in some car-centric food desert environments.

    School lunch here needs a massive overhaul, and proper funding so children are all able to recieve healthy and fresh delicious food. My area made meals free for all the children just last year, and continued it this year. Hopefully this becomes long-lasting and widespread, while striving for better quality at every turn.
