As title says, what’s the best, most safe and cheapest way to buy things in US and get them shipped to Japan without paying crazy money for shipping/import fees?
I’m shopping for electronic that can not be bought in Japan (nobody sells it here).
Easiest and cheapest would be to get it shipped through army base , but I’m not in the army so unless someone helps me out for a bottle of sake or whiskey or something….

Have friends/relatives there? Ship to them, then they forward it to you. All those places like myus etc will charge a fee on top of amount.

Amazon or Newegg has pretty reliable international shipping. Arrives in a week and is. 20-50 bucks usually. That’s not bad if you buying a expensive electronics product.
