Hi there, i am living in japan for 4+ years and planning to apply for citizenship on next year after completing my 5 years here.
some questions in mind:
1. Is it ok to apply after as soon as completing 5 years?
2. Any suggestions for japanese language study to pass in language interview?
3. If by chance anyone get rejected, do they reveal reason? and if someone get rejected after how long he/she can apply again?

You should perhaps search for the “Turning Japanese” blog. It offers a bunch of anecdotes and personal stories and might be helpful for you.
You are free to apply once you meet the requirement (which is generally 5 years).
There is no explicit language requirement, but as you are expected to go through the process in Japanese you generally have to be relatively competent. You are not allowed to, i.e., bring in a scrivener to help you (though many scriveners will help you prepare for the process).
The case worker will generally only submit your application when they think there is a good chance of approval. Keep in mind that the entire process can take over a year.
There is no Japanese requirement officially, but you need to actually understand Japanese to do the process.
You can probably work out something on iTalki regarding the interview. I imagine the questions are very simple to anyone who can live here without relying on English but probably difficult to someone who has absolutely zero Japanese.
There are blogs on it but I think your case worker will tell you if you will probably fail anyway.
Tbh work on your Japanese first before even thinking about citizenship.

Your case worker will tell you that you will likely succeed/fail the process *before* the documents are officially submitted. You can go ahead and submit in the case they expect failure, however, rejections *do* make an impact on consequent applications.
Your case worker will tell you why you think you’re failing – i.e. traffic violations or money problems or language problems or whatever – so it is better if you fix those things first then re-apply. I don’t think there’s a reapply time limit.
In case of traffic violations for example you’ll need to wait 3 years from the latest one as that’s the history thats kept.
