I forgot the info used to reset mobile Suica app PW and was locked up for security reason. I tried online chat and the operators all needed the info to start with! The info includes name in kana and DOB. I did not put my real DOB for security reason and could not remember what I used. Anybody knows how to recover account or close it without the correct info? I need the mobile Suica account to access the Suica card numbers in Apple wallet. They can only be displayed in mobile Suica app. Thank you in advance.

Same. I tried many times but my account is still locked. Guess I’ll register for a new card once my 定期券 expires.

Maybe put in your real DOB next time. Or if you don’t then write em somewhere the moment you finished with whatever you’re registering. I think you’re 99% SOL. So much for security…
