Just wanted to ask if anyone here has lived in a danchi before, and is wondering how much they asked you (if they did) to pay when moving out? We have about 6 years left in our contract, but is wondering about this.
While no major damages, the tatamis have a few scratches from furniture.

Stayed 3 years in (UR) danchi, paid about 20k yen which was deducted out of my security deposit.
3k for the first one (only stayed there for 3 month then moved to another one), little above 10k for the second one (6+ years).
