How can Australians buy tickets to Asagiri Jam?

We are really keen to go to Asagiri Jam. However we don’t speak Japanese and we are finding it very hard to know how to purchase tickets.

We have thoroughly gone through the website, tried to figure out Eplus tickets and spent a lot of time online trying to figure out how exactly to buy tickets. It seems like tickets are on sale but also that there is a lottery, so we are not even sure if general release tickets are available yet.

We know we want a two day pass (with bus transport) and also tent rental.
We can translate the website to English and see the options but can’t actually figure out what we need to click to buy these.
Any help (ie instructions on how to actually buy the tickets) would be greatly appreciated. It looks like such a good festival!
