Hi, looking for some advice. I can speak Japanese well enough to live and work here. That said, I know I’m not as polished as I could be. If anyone has any strategies that they followed to get the last bit of polish to really master the language I’d be grateful.

Hit the izakayas and get involved with people. You can learn lots of new satins and stuff that you don’t normally hear in formal education/anime etc
Read books/listen to podcasts
