Yes, there is. By default, it is usually set at 300000 yen per single transaction for 7 eleven, Lawson, Family Mart, Daily Yamazaki etc stores.
It may depend on the website you’re buying from, the payment service, or even which conbini chain.
Amazon.co.jp for example has a limit of 300,000yen for convenience store payments.
