Is the following possible in Anki? The furigana point is specific to Japanese, hence my posting here rather than in the Anki subreddit.
– What I can do: Use clozed deletion (new card) function to create TWO cards hiding the (c1) first two and the (c2) last two characters of a 四字熟語.
e.g. {{c1::比}}{{c1::翼}}{{c2::連}}{{c2::理}}
– What I want to do: Use clozed deletion (new card) function to create THREE cards hiding the (c1) first two, the (c2) last two, and the (c3) furigana of a 四字熟語. Ideally without using any add-ons, if possible.
Note that the furigana appear above the four characters covered by c1 and c2, which is what is complicating matters.
Thank you!

You can always use JS. That would probably be the easiest solution. Otherwise you could maybe do a hacky trick with CSS.
