Hello! I made a quick search for courses, but bunch of them are university/college programs.
Can someone recommend a Japanese course both for studying the language and translation to/from English online? And the most important is certificate (not degree). I found courses for studying japanese w/o certificate, but as I need it for work – the certificate would really help me.

If all you need is a certificate, the JLPT examination is coming up. If you have some experience learning already and know the basics you can register for the lowest level (N5). The test is in December results are given a couple months after that with an official certificate. There are many recourses to self study so you can avoid high tuition costs of a course and basically get the same result. There are plenty teachers on YouTube. If you like the traditional style of learning with teachers and textbooks. I recommend buying the genki 1 textbook and following along with tokiniandys videos on YouTube. Registration opens in a few days for the JLPT N5 so make sure you register before all the seats in your area are full.
