Japan 25-day itinerary in November (TOKYO/FUJI/KANAZAWA/KYOTO/HIROSHIMA/OKINAWA)

Hi, some context – me (23M) and my partner (21F) will be arriving in Tokyo late-night. I have been twice to Japan when I was 14 and 16 years old (Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima). My partner has never been to Japan and hasn’t travelled a lot. I don’t plan on getting the JR Pass as I worked out the 21-day pass isn’t cheaper then just buying tickets. I can speak a very basic level of Japanese (greetings, numbers, etc), but neither of us can read (if that’s important). Also this is my first time planning a trip to Japan so, any advice is appreciated. Also, I’m aware that going from Fujikawaguchiko to Kanazawa probably wasn’t the best thing to do (because it’s a long train trip between them), but I don’t wanna change it now.

  1. I should just start a bot. Shimokita’s “vintage” clothes are overpriced and not vintage. Nothing you can’t find outside of Japan. It is a nice place to go drinking after 7–when all of the domestic and foreign tourists have gone home-but the good places are very locals-only. Shimokita lost its vibe 20 years ago. Koenji is still fun.
