25 day trip itinerary in October. What would you change?

Any recommendations for my itinerary? My hotels in Nikko, Hiroshima, and Fujiyoshida are booked along with my main hotels. We will just be bringing a day pack and decide sometime during the day if we will stay the night vs going back to our other hotel. We travel fairly light. Usually a 40L backpack, and a 15L daypack.

Probably slower than average travlers. We know we wont see everything in this itinerary. We get distracted very easily and can spend hours doing something most people would only spend a few minutes doing. We are both big gamers, and anime nerds. Also plan to do lots of shopping in tokyo, but also interested in visiting temples. Also both will be drinking A LOT, probably above the average of most travelers.

I only have restaurants listed in the itinerary if they require reservations. Most the time we will just eat whatever we can find at the time.
