10 Days in Tokyo and Kyoto Itinerary Check and Feedback

Hello! Me and my partner are planning on going to go to Tokyo for around 10 days of travel and would like an opinion on the itinerary we have planned.

I’m planning on proposing at some point on this trip if a good opportunity presents itself. We have talked about this previously so it’s not a surprise, just looking for a nice picturesque place to do it while we travel throughout Japan.

Things I would especially like feedback on:

* Any places that you consider must visit locations, we have a lot of the main tourist trappy places, but are open to going off the beaten path
* The feasibility of the schedule esp. considering the time of year we’re traveling in being the rainy season (Can’t help it, the only time when we could take time off)
* I tried to leave a lot of buffer time in between each activity, but would like to know if I need to allocate more time to each place for transit or lines
* We’re not heavy drinkers (partner is slightly allergic to alcohol) but would still like to do nighttime things. Are there any recommendations for things to do at night that do not involve alcohol (i.e. not izakayas).
* If any of these places would make for good engagement photos.
