I have an acquaintance talking about it and want me in on it. This isn’t the first time I heard this recently.
Has any one been contacted and asked to join or participate in their activities. At least know what they are doing? To me it sounded like pyramid scheme? I could be wrong.

Anything related to Web3.0 is a scam so you should probably treat it as such.
Anything related to Web 3.0 will be nothing but buzzword filled, empty promise nonsense. It’s basically a lot of people who missed out on Bitcoin jumping up in price and desperately trying to hitch their ride to anything and everything that sounds new and “high tech”.
They are going to tell you that you need to invest money in AI, NFTs, Crypto etc, or you will be left behind but it is all bollocks and a grift.
