30-day itinerary for Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Mt. Fuji

Hi all,

I’ve been following this subreddit for awhile and taking people’s advice/recommendations into consideration for my partner and I’s honeymoon in Japan! Below is my initial draft of our daily itinerary (who knows if we actually end up doing it all, but having a plan makes me feel better lol):

Sept 13 – Day 1:
Flight to Japan – 12:55pm takeoff
Sept 14:
Arrive around 3pm local time at Narita Airport
Check-in to HOTEL
Golden Gai, best to visit at night time
Sept 15:
Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane), free/walk around
Ueno Park/Zoo, 600yen for zoo
Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, free (night time)
Sept 16:
Monkey Kart Shinjuku, 20,000yen (1.5hr tour)
Nintendo Tokyo (store), free
Shibuya Crossing (visit late afternoon, see from Shibuya Sky or Starbucks), free
Sept 17:
Meiji Jingu, free
Harakuju/fashion district, free
Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, 500yen
Sept 18:
Asakusa/Old Tokyo, free/walk around
Sensō-ji Temple, free
Sumida Aquarium, 2,500yen
Tokyo Skytree, 2,700yen
Kirby Cafe (food)
Sept 19:
Edo-Tokyo Museum, 600yen
Ryogoku Kokugikan (Sumo): Starts at 8am, best fights later in day, best to show up around 3-4pm, last fight at 6pm
