Ive read online that the Inagawa fireworks take place on August 19 (i think? Navitime says the 17th, but everywhere else is stating the 19?) and was interested in going. Does anyone know the main spot that people normally go to watch is? Like exactly where along/around the ina river? Also how early should I arrive to obtain a good view/area/seat?
