Esports gaming areas in Tokyo

I just moved to japan and I’m looking for a gaming cafe that provides Guild Wars 2. I kept looking but I couldn’t find it. Help out if you know any places in central Tokyo.

  2. In my experience, most net cafes allow you to install the games you want to play.

    Based in Fukuoka though so YMMV.
