Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows any good websites or stores in Tokyo that I can buy a “fat-tyre” e-bike. I am not sure if I want a pedal-assisted or a throttle-assisted e-bike yet as I would like to browse the options first. Also, if anyone knows shops or websites for second hand purchases that would also be helpful.

Any device with a throttle won’t legally be considered an eBike in Japan. It’ll be a moped and need a license, etc.
