Had to take out the rubbish this morning. Always a pleasant experience emptying the bins and getting that shit out of my house. Things feel so clean.
Anyway, had to take it in the rain. It was heavy but not too bad. Until I walked out into it. The wind was making it come from all directions, making a mockery of my umbrella. I’m soaked through by the time I’m halfway there and on the way back my once water resistant shoes were wet and squishy.
Walk inside and dry off, look out the window and the rain has basically stopped…
The typhoon is pretty intense. Got a call right as I was leaving for work that I can do WFH as long as I have my PC, which I do.
Yay. Turns out every restaurant and most conbinis near my office are all closed. Would have been shitty.

Anyone notice the heat and humidity this summer?
