MyUs package confirmation email not received for a long time

so i had recently purchased some clothing from an usa website (i don’t live in usa) and discovered MyUs. right so after i’ve made the purchase, i received an email from the shop that i have bought the clothes informing me that the package had arrived at the specific location (MyUs warehouse), but for some reason i have not received any email from MyUs for almost 12 days. i have contacted them like 2 or 3 times and they said the same thing like “please give us time and you will receive the email” and other stuff.

like 2 of the assistants told me that the package had arrived after they asked me for the tracking number and checked, but one agent after i gave him the tracking number requested a proof of my purchase (like for some reason he/she could not find it in the database and thought i was capping). gave him/her the proof, yada yada and after 10 minutes of conversation i asked one more time if the package had arrived at their warehouse coz i thought that it doesn’t take that much time to check for a tracking number, and their response was: “we are still checking”. like that kinda makes me think that the package did not arrive or there are some problems like wth? i clarified if i had put the correct address or did the correct process while purchasing and they said it was correct.

if anyone had already used MyUs recently (like not 2+ years ago) please tell me your experience and how much did it take for the confirmation email to arrive. like it should take between 1-2 days but after 12 days i still have not received anything and that makes me think IF i get a confirmation email how long will the shipping take?
