recently my air freshener got knocked over and it’s liquid spilt on the floor. I cleaned it up with water, but doing so, removed the smooth(wax) layer along with it.
I think reporting the damage to my real estate agent sooner would be best.
The flooring are cuts of 30cm x 200cm, and the spill affected 5 of these cuts.
Dewaxed parts are very noticeable by color and texture(matte vs glossy)
Any advice before I tell my real estate agent? Is it likely an expensive repair bill?

It might be more expensive than you expect if the particular tiles have been discontinued. That’ll mean *all* of the tiles will have to be replaced before the next person moves in. If the tiles can still be had, maybe only those five will have to be replaced. It’s probably better to inform the landlord sooner than to wait until later.
