Itinerary Help (9 Days in Tokyo in October – Group of 8 including 2 toddlers)

Hi, my family and I will be travelling to Tokyo in October, there will be 8 of us in total including 2 toddlers (3 yo and 2 yo), here’s a draft of our itinerary:

Day 1 – Arrive at Hnd (1600), we will be renting a car to drive to our first accomodation at Fujisawa. Most likely will look for place to eat dinner around the area then rest.

Day 2 – Kamakura in morning Enoshima Aquarium in Afternoon

Day 3 – Check out from hotel (Fujisawa) then head to Mt Fuji/Hakone/Lake Kawaguchiko/Oshino Hakkai (any suggestion where would be best to go around the area to view Mt Fuji?) Afterwards we will be heading towards Honjo, Saitama to check in our hotel.

Day 4 – Kawagoe, Saitama (eat unagi?)

Day 5 – Check out from hotel (Honjo), then head towards yokohama, gundam factory, ramen musuem (advisable to go here with toddlers?). Afterwards head towards asakusa to check in hotel

Day 6 – Return car at car rental shop before lunch, go around ikebukuro, sunshine city, look for anime merch shopping day

Day 7 – Ginza, Tokyo Station, tokyo character street, akihabara, animate, shopping day

Day 8 – odaiba

Day 9 – Asakusa, nakamise-dori

Day 10 – Depart Hnd in the evening, we were thinking of going to the airport around lunch time to explore (is this too much time to explore airport?

Our day 1-3 is quite fixed alr due to hotel booking and day 4 is fixed in the area as we have something scheduled at Saitama. All other days, if anyone can help offer some advise to where would be best to go/explore that are toddler friendly would be highly appreciated.

From day 6 onwards we will be taking public transport (any advise would be highly appreciated)

We are also quite concerned about eating places as we will need high chair for our children and we will eb going around with 2 strollers. Unfortunately, we are unable to split up as most people does, as we are traveling with our 2 sets of parents (my parents, my in-laws) – if you have some recommendations/experience on where to eat with a group similar to us, pls let me know.

Lastly, we’d definitely need to look for diapers and formula milk – I read that I could buy these from drugstores (but not all will have) or mega donkis. But we will be outside tokyo for the first few days, any reco on where to get?
