Hey all! I have a pre-interview with Gaba on the phone, has anyone else gone through that process? If so, what kind of questions can I expect to answer/what sort of things does the recruiter talk about? Thank you.
My experience back in the day was the typical eikaiwa interview, the only thing that might catch you off guard is the impromptu role play where the interviewer will pretend to be a low level Japanese student and you need to pretend to teach them. Good luck though!
Had one like 3-4 years ago. A guy called up, really polite tbh. Just asked basic questions that you would expect. What you’ve done before and all that.
I passed that one but when then they sent the email informing about a 3 day workshop and then you might get hired. No way I had time for that bullshit.
