Moving to Japan being Type 1 Diabetic

I’m planning to move to Japan but I’m worried because I’m type 1 diabetic.
So I was wondering if is it easy to buy Insulin / Freestyle Libre sensor (NFC one) since I couldn’t find in the internet this information. I moved to Barcelona before and I was surprised that buying sensor it wasn’t a thing so I’m curious about japan
