Tsukemen maybe with a miso soup.
Tsukemen or “Dipping noodle”
As mentioned, tsukemen. Between the broth, ceramics, water pitcher, and countertop, this looks like Yasubee’s spicy tsukemen.
I think it is tsukumen because it just reminds me of the consistency.
