maybe 貴和製作所 in Laforet Harajuku. it’s an accessory part/beads store and i think they have a small table area

Are you looking to buy or just make? I do crafts and drawing with one of my friends in cafes. It’s usually fine if you go to a smaller kissaten style cafe, usually the staff of those places are really excited to see what we’re creating. We don’t use messy materials like glue or paints, just pencils and markers.
