AFAIK, you need to submit a change of address notice to the post office that handles the delivery for your US address.
For what service? USPS?

I think you need to get it forwarded to someone in the USA who can then pay to mail it to you. I’m pretty sure the US postal service isn’t gonna give you free international shipping just because you registered a change of address.
You can also use a mail-holding (mail-forwarding) service, and have them send things in bulk occasionally. Setting it up is a bit of a hassle (you need some paperwork notarized for them to be able to accept USPS items on your behalf), but once set up it can be quite convenient. I used one a decade ago that would scan the envelopes and send photos, and I could decide how to treat each item (hold, trash, send)….
