Is hiragana, katakana, and kanji used together? What I mean by using them together as in creating a sentence or a word using all three alphabets to create one sentence or a word? I have seen song titles that seem to have both hiragana, katakana, and kanji in it.

So I’ve been following themoeways 30 day guide and i just started watching Zom 100 (SOL) with subs, but I’ve been very confused by the grammar (partly because the cure dolly explanations were very dense and I couldn’t hold on to all of them). Here are some sentences I didn’t understand :
料理は 男のたしなみだぜ — translation was along the lines of “a man needs to know how to cook”
google translate gave me something like “cooking is a mans taste”. I don’t know if the だぜ changed the meaning to be more rough or something.
そんなだから
女が寄ってこねぇんだよ – translation was like “no wonder you can’t get a girlfriend,”
– I was confused by the meaning of the top part especially,
-also the bottom part I didn’t notice a negative for the verb 寄って and was confused for the purpose of こ right afterwards.
人が気にしてることを – “thats a pain point for me”
this one i mostly understood, but i don’t know why it didn’t end with a verb, i was reading tae kim and he said all sentences have to. Also confused by the usage of 人 instead of 私.

Bonus Question – 人 reminded me of this, but when you are saying something like “the one who ate the cake”, is there any difference between けえきをたべたのわ and 人はけえきをたべた？？？
