Should I care about Anki stats?

Hi guys, I began studying Japanese around 2 months ago and I wanted to ask you something about the program Anki.
Since I used it for 50 or so days I finally managed to get a decent amount of stats, but I don’t how many of them I should consider. An example: I read online that the most important statistics are the ones for the mature cards, but should I consider other stats too or not? My worry is about the relearning stats, since there are days which I feel good and do around 80% correct and other ones where I do around 60% with a lot of relearning.
These are my stats: https://imgur.com/a/YdJuLFX
I tried changing the number of cards per day but it doesn’t affect it much so I was wondering if this was normal and, in case, if I should just focus on other stats and avoid watching this one.
P.S. I already found the best settings for Anki so it’s not the problem here, pls don’t suggest me things cause I already set it in the best way I could.

  1. You should care up to a certain extent. Commonly the goal is to get between 80-90% on retention. Any less than that you’re learning too much at once. Aiming for higher than 90% retention is a fight against diminishing returns. As in adding an extra hour a day (or more) will only net you a few percentage increase in relation to the amount you already do for the first 80+%.

As far as I know, the main goal is a good retention on mature cards. I haven’t heard much talk about the others mattering as much. Your 76% mature rating is decent as a start. Getting it to ~85% is where I would aim for.
