An Incomplete Warudo Tag League 2023 already shaping up to be incredibly fresh.

1. I doubt we see Sanada in TL with his injury, seems like a good chance for him to heal up and take minimum bumps, besides that it will still be a great field.

   I think Tsuji and Shingo will take it if that’s the direction they’re going for, also one of the UE pairings could be in for a big run.

3. KENTA and FATTY are gonna win the entire thing come end of this year. They are going to be better than MJF and ADAM COLE.

4. I gave this some thought for a full tourney, assuming SANADA will be resting up his injury, there’s no faction shake-ups, and they’ll go for a 20-team two-block format, I would hope it looks like this:

   Goto/YOSHI-HASHI
   Coughlin/Kidd
   EVIL/Yujiro
   Shingo/Tsuji
   Phantasmo/Hikuleo

   Narita/Suzuki
   Okada/Ishii
   Ospreay/O-Khan
   Finlay/Chase
   Cobb/Henare

   ZSJ/Tito
   Nicholls/Haste
   Isaacs/Nelson
   Tama/Tanga
   Tanahashi/Umino

   Lawlor/Kratos
   Makabe/Honma
   Tenzan/Kojima
   Fletcher/Davis
   Leube/Nakashima

   That leaves Naito, Taichi, KENTA, Yano, and Nagata left out, so some shuffling could be done – Finlay/KENTA works but EVIL/KENTA with a BC defection is so much more interesting to me (plus WTL is a tour tailor made for guys like Chase), Ishii/Yano or Tanahashi/Yano could be it if Okada is taking the tour off, and it’d be wild if SANADA does the tour anyway just to give Taichi the opportunity. Plus Nagata/Oleg would work if they can’t get the Strong/Aussie Open guys

5. IMO the reunited GoD are totally taking this, and they will defeat Bishamon at WK

   I keep thinking Shibata will be in WTL, accompanied by a guy who can do the heavy lifting. Maybe Rosser.

   Kingston & Ishii
   Tenzan & Honma/ Kojima (just to put people over)

9. Don’t forget Zayne & Archer!

10. I kinda want either Moxley and Shota or Moxley and El Desperado to be some kind of wildcard entry. Aussie Open should definitely return to Japan for this tournament too.

11. Alex Zayne and Lance Archer will definitely be involved this year

12. Any combination of Henare, Cobb, and O-Khan I also like.

    Shota and Tanahashi having a team to give Tanahashi some tour dates is conceivable but my dream would be Shota and Claudio having a role in the tournament.
