I have a private company – Sole Proprietor (kojin jigyo). I have a few staff to help run my online company. Shipping and Coding. I want to offer these staff full benefits package.
I would like to utilize a Japanese Service / Firm and want to offer them a complete benefits package. Including retirement fees, insurance, unemployment fees, etc.
I would like to find a company that would manage the entire process.
Can anyone recommend any companies?

Pretty sure you’re going to need to create an actual company, as in a KK or GK to employ people and offer full time employment with payroll and benefits. How do you pay them now? What kind of contractual arrangement do you have with them currently? There are a plethora of companies who can help you set everything up and execute payroll for you. Do you read and write Japanese? Some companies that my employers use are HTM and Ceridian. From an employee point of view, they both reply to any question I have promptly.
