Inspired by Pokémon Legends Arceus
My bf and I made these! It’s mashed potato with a bit of milk and starch for the chewy “mochi” texture and we added mozzarella in the middle and fried them just a bit to be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! It’s kinda like a hashbrown but fluffier if that makes sense. Also made a cooked soy sauce, sugar, mirin dip.
