3. This looks great, especially for your first roll. One of my favorite veggie rolls is avocado, cucumber, yama gobo, and kanpyo. Yama gobo is pickled burdock that has a somewhat musky taste to it. It is usually dyed orange and sometimes gets mistaken for carrot. Kanpyo is shaved gourd that has been marinated. It is slimy and sweet. They pair great together and can be found in Asian markets and are cheap.
