Really dumb question, but anyone knows the name of the male voice for the Tokyo busses? I feel like I recognize the voice from elsewhere.

Do i need permission to fish at yokohama port?
We went there just to enjoy the view and saw many people esp old people putting the fishing rod and enjoying it.
My father in law is arriving next month, and he loves fishing, and would love to enjoy a day fishing at Yokohama port. But jusy concern if we need any permission.
Curious what others would think. So I’ve been offered a job at a mid-sized company in Fukui, where I live. I’m trying to find a job locally since my GF lives here.
The base pay is 160k per month for a sales position (I think I do hve the right visa for it). I was told that the base pay will include 6 months of bonus each year.
So with how much of my income is covered by bonuses are there any risks in accepting a job offer like this? Or is this a pretty normal type of pay setup? Another factor is that I’m on my 8th year in Japan and plan to apply for PR on my 10 year mark. Would having a low salary affect my chances?
