Hi!
This sub and community has been super helpful as we plan our 1st trip to Japan. We are planning to visit for 10 days, 9 nights for our anniversary in October. Our goal is to visit Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. We’re hoping to see and experience some of the popular tourist attractions, eat some good food, and some general exploring in-between. We’d love to catch some Autumn foliage, if anybody has recommendations that we could fit in to the itinerary.
We created a rough outline of the places we would like to visit, but any thoughts on if we’d have additional time in a day or some items taking longer and not being able to fit them in the day. Currently have our flights and hotels booked and starting to narrow down some of the main places we want to eat. Any tips or thoughts are welcomed!

* Tuesday 10/24 – Day 0 Travel
* We plan to bring a large checked bag each and use a smaller bag to travel between cities, while shipping our larger bag between hotels.
* If we plan to start and end in Tokyo, Is it better to ship 1 bag and use a locker or other storage for the other? Knowing we won’t need 2 large bags during our time in Osaka or Kyoto (likely 1 will be used more for souvenir storage).
