Questions about high school exchange programme

Hili!! I am here to ask about if there’s any high school japan exchange programme available. More about myself is that I am 17 years old from Singapore and I have been learning Japanese for about few months right now on my own and it’s always been my dream to be able to experience a high school life in Japan.
Where I came across and TikTok talking about japan exchange programme available. I saw one particular programme from AFS programme but l’m not sure if there’s any other programme out there too. I also tried checking YCU, AFS and Rotary. Where AFS does not allow Singapore as there isn’t any AFS Singapore and I have called Rotary Club and they say there isn’t any such programme. I also called the japan embassy and they don’t offer any programme too.

Does anyone know any other scholarship programme that supports Singapore? 🙏🏻🙏🏻
