I recently moved into a new apartment in May. The flooring has started to come up off the ground in 2 places and looks sort of like a kink.(see image) The place was newly renovated before I moved in so I think maybe the installation had some issues. I’m worried that when my contract expires and I move out, they will see this damage and make me pay to replace all the flooring.
Should I contact the property management company about this?

Sounds like the floor covering is delaminating. You should contact the property manager.
