I’ll be going to Japan in two weeks for 14 days. I use the disposable Elf Bar 600 vapes, which last me 1 day each roughly.
(Probably quicker than most people lol)
Anyway, I’ve read several posts here and on the net, but I still need reassurance. The limit in Japan seems to be 120ml of juice.
My question:
How many of these am I allowed to bring?
Each Elf Bar vape I smoke has:
– 2ml of E-liquid Capacity.
– 20mg/ml Nicotine Strength
Is it 6? (Going by the nicotine Strength) OR 60 (going by the liquid capacity)?
Just to be clear, I wouldn’t take 60 haha
I would most likely take 14 of them. If so, hopefully having 14 of them doesn’t cause any issues. Being that they each have individual batteries in them.
Some useful information:
– I’m flying with Emirates from London, UK.
– Each elf bar has a battery in it, as they’re disposables.
– They are each roughly the size of an index finger.

Since they contain a battery, they would all have to fit in your 1L clear plastic bag with all your other carry-on liquids.
How full is your liquids bag already, and how many of the cartridges fit?

Note that smoking is quite restricted in Japan. In a lot of streets you cannot smoke, you can only smoke in designated area. I think that smoking inside is less and less common, I went out with friends who smoke some Japanese style electronic cigarette and before they lit one, they ask to the waitress at the bar we were at to make sure it is ok.

You could also just not vape.
You can buy 0mg there but not nicotine. Bring your own nicotine. You can have it for personal use but can’t sell it.

I just got back from Japan and was there a week. I took a disposable vape (5000 hits I believe) and my regular rig with a 100ml bottle of juice and got through TSA, customs & everything just fine. Try looking into juice head disposable. They’re amazing plus rechargeable & last me over a month.
I also read somewhere about they only let you bring 2 disposables per person. I don’t think they care. Just make sure you have them with you on your carry on. Trust me HND is so dang busy they just shuffle you right through.
The time and energy people spend just to vape is amazing.
Dayuum..1 dispo a day? That usually lasts a week for a normal person. 🤣
