Ritsumeikan SKP programm

Hi people! Im considering to apply for the SKP 1-year study abroad program at the Ritsu university in Kyoto.

My home uni does not have any agreement with them so I would apply as a self financed freemover. Their website states that a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required, I am currently at 3.6. Anyone knows what the chances are to get accepted?
