My newbie take on washoku

I’ve been doing my homework and reading on washoku Japanese cuisine. My tummy is very very happy with soups, protein and a bit of rice. Usually after I finish my food, I feel like I’m walking on clouds and like if I can fly because of how light and yummy the food is. My mood has improved so much after eating and I actually feel like doing dishes and cleaning 🧼 I have little to no sweet cravings and I do not feel the tendency to snack. What is this sorcery? I’m also drinking green tea with NO sugar. I take my tea hot when I’m reading or cold when I want something refreshing ☺️

Any ideas on what I can add or take away?

  1. I like experimenting with different furikake toppings for the rice. Also many different miso soups and tsukemono pickles. Oshinko too.
