Though not nearly as pretty as the one pictured on the website, it was very darn tasty.
Our toppings were sautéed pea pods (cooked, but still crunchy), ham, teriyaki chicken (homemade), shredded cabbage, and sauteed seafood (enoki) mushrooms.
The dressing needs some fine tuning, we’re thinking substituting (homemade) mentsuyu for the stock and cutting back on the vinegar a bit. But we both agree this is going into regular rotation in the hot weather months.
