Hi, I’m french and I got this curry package. sorry for talking in a weird way, english is not my best language. I wanted to know how to cook this. I tried to translate it, but it didn’t really worked and I think that asking on a subreddit like this one could be more useful. Thanks for reading, hoping someone will explain! have a nice day.

step one) stir fry and add water. Stir fry the ingredients in oil in a saucepan (about 5-10 minutes), then add (900ml) water. MEDIUM HEAT
step two) slightly open the lid. once it begins to boil remove the scum (foamy bits from the top) and simmer (about 20 minutes.) LOW – MEDIUM HEAT
step three) turn off the heat and add the roux (curry cubes). Mix it to dissolve it well.
step four) bring it to a boil while stirring occasionally. (About 5 minutes) LOW HEAT
