Hi there I’m moving next month to study at Ritsumeikan in Kyoto. Currently have a house on standby to rent in Narutaki, a bike ride from the uni. It seems nice being near Ritsumeikan, but it also seems far from the city area (from a Google maps perspective). I have previously lived in Tokyo but never visited Kyoto so not 100% sure what to expect or what would be the best idea accomodation wise – eg. Companies/Websites to contact or which ward would be best. If anyone can share their experience, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!!
