I have be struggling to find a job here in Osaka. I have looked at English teaching jobs but they require certification that I don’t have. Also, due to I am struggling to learn Japanese and my Japanese is very basic….I know that there won’t be a lot of options for me.

I would visit the Osaka Employment Service Center (Hello Work) for Foreigners in Umeda (near Hankyu Station). They speak English, have job listings of companies that hire foreigners without Japanese language skills, and so on. They are very friendly and helpful.

You can also try Yolo Japan (I know, stupid name) but they have lots of leads for working holiday visa holders. They are mostly things like cleaning hotel rooms and factory/warehouse work, but they’ve got jobs.
