In my opinion Kinkaku-ji would go with Arashiyama and Kiyomizu-dera is in Higashiyama, like Ninenzaka you are just minute walk away from Kiyomizu-dera.
In general I do not like how you group things.
Appreciate the feedback, it was quickly put together today, ive no issues changing things/all of it, if need be. Does it look any better now or what else do you suggest?

The way these days are put together you aren’t at all grouping the things that are close to each other on the same days, you’re going all over the place back and forth. I’d highly recommend pinning all of these locations in google maps, seeing what is close to each other, and re-organizing the days based on proximity.
