I’m going to Japan on the 30th August to study, but I’m struggling with getting a japanese SIM card. I heard Sakura mobile was good, but I don’t have the required identification documents it requires. Any help/advice?

I used sakura mobile.. for ID documents you should be good with using your passport??
i went with mobal, but i won’t be arriving until the 2nd so i haven’t had a chance to see how it works yet. i heard better things about their customer service than sakura’s so i went with them. for me the only document they required was proof of my address in my home country as i wanted it delivered to here in advance rather than picking it up at the airport – if you do the latter i don’t believe that’s required. let me know if you have any other questions!
